Wash and soak the rice for 30 min. Heat pan & add 6 cups of water, let it boil. Once it's boiled add soaked kolam rice. Cook till soft. Once it's ready, cut off the heat, cover the lid & leave it for 5 min. Then serve hot with any gravy.. The product has shelf life of 9 months
