Gir Ghee (Pure A2 Gir Cow Ghee) is made from milk collected from grass-fed desi Gir cows. These cows are grass-fed and are not factory-farmed and are free from cross-breeding, which gives our Ghee its special, natural qualities. We prepare Desi-Ghee by traditional method. This Vedic method is the best process to prepare Desi-Ghee. Vanalaya A2 Ghee made of pure Gir Cow milk with the nutrient-preserving Bilona Churning Process is superior in quality and nutrition content compared to ordinary ghee. A2 milk has optimum levels of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty-acids which is beneficial in making the brain, heart, nervous system and eyes. The traditional method of making ghee (bilona) is quite elaborate. Cow's milk is boiled and cooled. Then a spoonful of curd is added to this milk and kept at room temperature overnight. The curd is then churned to extract butter from it. This butter is then boiled so that the water evaporates leaving behind pure ghee.

HOW TO USE
One Tablespoon a day in the morning on empty stomach followed by warm water helps cleanse the whole system. Use 1 tablespoon in Chapati, Dal, sauteed vegetables, healthy breakfast like Vegetable Quinoa, Oats etc. Use Gir Cow Ghee in cooking to replace oil, you can spread it on Rotis or simply mix with hot cooked rice and curries to discover the nourishing and delicious goodness of pure Indian desi ghee
