HOW TO USE

Take dental floss and wind most of it around one finger of each hand, leaving a few inches in between. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers. Guide the floss between your teeth using a gentle back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss into a C-shape around the base of each tooth, and gently slide it beneath the gumline. Move the floss up and down against the side of each tooth, ensuring you clean both sides. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria. Repeat the process for all teeth, including the back ones. Be gentle to avoid damaging your gums, but thorough to remove plaque and debris. Finish by brushing your teeth to complete your oral care routine. The product has shelf life of 60 Months
